Q: How many passengers do you take?
A: We are insured to take you and your friends in your passenger vehicle provided there is one seat belt for every person in the car including our driver. (No small buses or commercial vehicles)

Q:Your designated driver drives you home but how does he or she get there?
A:When you order our service we send you a car with two drivers. One driver is the designated driver, the second drives the chase car. The chase driver delivers the designated driver and follows so the designated driver can get to the next customer.

Q: Can you take passengers in the designated car?
A: Unfortunately no, we can’t take passengers in our car. We leave that service to the licensed and insured cab drivers around the city. Our service is to get you and your car home safe.

Q: Can you drive a car with manual transmission?
A: Yes we can, our drivers are capable of driving both. Some of ours cars are manual too.

Q: What are your service areas?
We offer our designated driver services in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, New Westminster & many other areas in the Lower Mainland. Read our full service area list.

Q: Can I pre-book?
A: Yes, you can!

Q: Why are we required to provide a credit card
A: Late cancellations and No shows are subject to a $40 cancellation fee.

Q: What forms of payment do you take?
A: We accept most major credit cards, debit, and cash.

Q: Do you charge G.S.T.?
A: Yes, unfortunately we are not immune to the G.S.T.
